ABOUT JENNIFER

Jennifer Leah Collins lives and works in the midst of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Radford, Virginia. She is an instructor for the School of Visual Arts at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia. She paints out of her studio at home. Her work ranges from small intimate landscape studies, to large scale figure paintings, to collaborations with her father, sculptor Charlie Brouwer. Charlie and Jennifer have created small collaborative pieces as well as large scale commission works. Jennifer also takes on private commissions for individuals who would like to commemorate a special place/person in an original oil painting. Prints can then be made of the piece to give to family members.
